All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
Refunds & Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, you must first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
If you have purchased, or you’re thinking about signing up to a subscription product on our website, you’ll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on monthly commitments at a time and for the duration you keep your parent order active. You can cancel your subscription with us at any time by visiting your My Account page and navigating to the Subscriptions tab. There, you’ll find your complete order details such as frequency & quantity if applicable. Please note, you will need to sign up to having an account with us to be able to make amendments to your subscription. You will be given the option to sign in if you’re an existing customer during checkout or sign up if you are not before paying.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. We currently work with Square to provide this secure service.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you may cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time.
